Hi from chynasia and raelynn,we are the heart behind Tay Portraits.

We started this because I know how it feels to need photos that actually feel like you — not some polished version someone else decided you should be.

My sister and I are both autistic and ADHD, so we understand what it’s like to feel overstimulated, anxious, or like you have to perform in order to be “good” in front of the camera. That’s why we built Tay Portraits the way we did.

We know how to slow down. We know when to give space and when to gently guide. We know how to make a session feel safe instead of stressful. Whether you’re neurodivergent or just someone who’s never felt comfortable being photographed, you don’t have to explain yourself here. We already get it.

Our goal is simple: to give you photos that feel like home. Images that capture the real you — the way you love, the way you exist, the way your people feel when they’re with you. The kind of photos you’ll still want to look at ten years from now.

That’s what matters to us.
